CMC - Ride for Dementia - 2024

Multiple Locations and Ontario Chapters

What started in 2023 as the "CMC 089 - 1st Annual - Ride for Dementia", has grown to incorporate many Ontario Chapters, fundraising and riding to support those with Alzheimers and other forms of Dementia, their caregivers and families.

The fundraising platform is hosted by Alzheimer Society of Ontario and will accommodate any Ontario CMC Chapter, or individual CMC Member, to register and fundraise for this cause as a team or rider.

Rides are being planned to parade through Long Term Care Facilities in celebration and support, from Guelph (2 different routes by 089, 090, 003, 040 and 046) , Saugeen/Maitland, Huron and Stratford (073, 027, 075) out of Hanover, and a ride out of Hamilton (007) to possibly merge with the other rides.

Destination (Ride(s) End) will be the Milverton Agricultural Society building in Milverton, Ontario.

We will incorporate a poker run and sponsored prizes with food for purchase at the end.

The cost of this event is, your support and a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario within your ability. All donations of $5 or more will provide a Charitable Tax receipt .
